In individual therapy, we focus on enhancing your self-awareness, which involves the ability to reflect on yourself. By guiding you through this process, we aim to deepen your understanding of your emotions, motivations, thought patterns, and tendencies. This increased self-awareness will help you develop a stable sense of self-worth and gain a firm grasp on your values and motivations.
My relationship therapy approach is sensitive to cultural nuances and tailored to the specific needs of Asians and individuals within the LGBTIQA+ community. Our therapy sessions will be informed by an understanding of your cultural background and identity, ensuring that your needs are met with respect and empathy.
